SUP yoga gives an incredible whole body work out. Balancing on the waters and feeling the gentle waves beneath you during shavasana (corpse pose) is a whole new way to be in complete relaxation. Look at the world from another angle upside down, the ocean becomes the sky in downward facing dog.
