What are Qi Retreats? Qi Retreats are wellness, dive and yoga adventures in nature.
Who can join the retreats? Anyone can join! As long as you wish to increase your physical and mental well-being and love being outdoors and in nature, then Qi Retreats are for you.
What level of fitness must I have to join the adventures? Our adventures are easy and suitable for all levels of fitness unless specifically stated otherwise on the retreat details.
What level of yoga must I have to join the yoga retreats? We welcome all levels of practitioners. Even if you do not have prior knowledge in yoga, our instructors will guide you along during the sessions. Take it at your own pace! If you are a yoga expert, you can contact us to assist in teaching or conducting your own workshop during our retreats.
Do I have to join all group activities during the retreat? Qi Retreats are specially planned and tailored for group interaction and knowledge sharing about physical and mental wellness. As the adventure activities are included in the package when you register, participants are encouraged (but not obligated) to fully participate in all activities. We encourage communication and team work to make the retreats a fulfilling one for yourself and others.
Are there any rules and regulations during the retreats? No rules and regulations unless specifically stated for the retreat. The only basic rule to is to have respect for one another.
Are these retreats only for women? Qi Retreats welcome all genders to join our adventures.
Why are there only set dates for the retreats? Qi Retreats requires minimum pax to join for our retreats to be scheduled. Should you wish to join a trip on other dates, please contact us to enquire. We also organize retreats for group bookings. If you have a group and want to enjoy an adventure retreat just for your group, please email us.
Can I register for a scuba diving retreat if I do not have a license? Only certified divers can register for fun diving retreats. We recognize all dive certifications such as PADI, SSI, CMAS, NAUI etc. If you are not yet certified, you can take a scuba diving course and begin your dive adventure and education.
What is a Open Water Course? Open Water Diving course is an entry level beginner certification course which comprises of theory sessions and written exam, confined water sessions where you practice various in-water skills in shallow water and open water dive sessions in the ocean to a maximum of 18m. With this certification, you can dive anywhere in the world and the certification does not expire. Contact us if you would like to start your dive education.
What is a Discover Scuba Diving program? This program is an introduction to scuba diving. It is not a certification course, but it consists of one theory session, one confined water session and one dive session to maximum of 12m. With this introductory program, you can have your first experience of scuba diving underwater!
