Highlights: Back to nature camping in the serene island of the Ko Adang National Park with the ocean right at your doorstep. Morning sunrise and sunset yoga sessions, island hopping by traditional longtail boat to visit untouched beaches, snorkeling to see amazing marine life, hike up to viewpoint to enjoy panoramic views, stargazing at night and enjoy delicious Thai food. 

Ko Adang National Park is part of the Ko Tarutao Marine Park in the South Andaman sea of Thailand. Healthy coral reefs and abundant marine life makes this a diving heaven. Ko Adang is a quiet and peaceful pristine island paradise, just a boat ride away from the tourist laden island of Ko Lipe where most hotels, restaurants and tourist amenities are. The national park office is situated on Ko Adang, including camping area under the shaded forest trees, just a step away from a stretch of long white sandy beach and crystal blue waters. Facilities on the island include toilets, bathrooms, ranger station, restaurant (opened only during certain hours), limited electricity available at night. 

4D3N Yoga Beach Camp Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive by boat to Ko Lipe Island. Transfer to Ko Adang island by traditional longtail boat to set up camp. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the ocean and take a walk on the beach before a relaxing Sunset Yoga session. Dinner at the restaurant. At night we sit under the stars and enjoy the ocean breeze. Meditation session and Bedtime.

Day 2: Wake up to sunrise and the sound of the waves for a rejuvenating morning yoga session. After breakfast, we explore the surrounding uninhabited islands of the marine park such as Koh Rawi, Koh Hin Sorn, Koh Yang, Koh Adang, Koh Jabang, Koh Sawang, Monkey island and more. Snorkel in the crystal clear waters to see colorful coral reef and rich marine life. Relax with picnic lunch on the beach. Back to Ko Adang for sunset yoga and pranayama session. Dinner at restaurant. Silent time for relaxation, meditation, reading, discussion and then bedtime.

Day 3: Wake up to sunrise and the sound of the waves for a morning yoga session. We do an easy 1-1.5 hour hike through lush bamboo forests to the top viewpoint of Chado Cliff and be rewarded by the panoramic views of the ocean and Ko Lipe. Swim off the beach to cool down after the hike. Lunch at restaurant and then free and easy in the afternoon, chill in your hammock or take a boat across to Ko Lipe to visit the popular island with tourist amenities. Back to Ko Adang for evening sunset yoga session and meditation. Dinner at restaurant. Final night discussion and bedtime.

Day 4: Sunrise morning yoga session, pack up then transfer by boat to Ko Lipe island and Goodbye.

Scuba diving: Dive in and explore the underwater world, the islands around Ko Adang are a divers paradise!

Fun dives packages available for certified divers. For non-certified divers, Discover Scuba Diving or PADI Open Water Course is available too. Dive sites around Ko Adang and Ko Lipe are only minutes away by boat and suitable for all levels of divers. 

Variety of dive sites around Ko Lipe and the surrounding islands include the famous StoneHenge. Just 10mins by boat from Sunrise beach, you will reach the most popular dive site called Stone Henge. Suitable for advanced divers, this is an incredible dive site filled with colorful soft coral of pink, purple, orange. Schooling barracudas and fusiliers surround you, while large giant moray eels lurk amongst the hard coral. The sandy bottom reveals some interesting critters like sea moth and colorful nudibranches. Just 2 minutes from Sunrise beach, Ko Kra is an easy dive site suitable for all levels of divers, with a wall dropping down to 12-15m. If you are lucky you will come face to face with a giant painted frogfish at around 15m. Enjoy a day trip diving in the far islands of Ko Sawang and Ko Adang where you can find amazing variety of corals, and large scorpionfish, lion fish and more, while enjoying a picnic on the beach during surface interval.

Highlights of marine Life: Painted frogfish, Tigertail seahorse, ornate ghost pipefish, nudi branch, sea moth, barracudas, moray eels, scorpionfish and more.

How to get there?

Travel info: The fastest way to reach Ko Lipe is to fly to Langkawi, Malaysia, then take the 1 hour speedboat directly to Ko Lipe, Thailand. Alternatively, you can fly to Hatyai airport in Thailand, then take a minvan to Pak Bara pier and then transfer by ferry to Ko Lipe. Recommended travel details will be provided upon registration.

VISA and Immigration: There is an immigration office on Ko Lipe island itself. Ferries coming from Langkawi, Malaysia will stop at the immigration office on Ko Lipe. Please check with your embassy for visa into Thailand.
