Yoga is a union of the mind, body and spirit. We practice mainly Ashtanga yoga and Hatha yoga . Yoga is about bringing awareness to your physical, mental and spiritual body. Besides increasing fitness levels, flexibility and toning the body, yoga helps to deepen focus and concentration through breath and balance. Breathing techniques cleanse and purify the mind to enter into a meditative state, seeking the calmness of inner tranquility. 

Yoga is a journey of self-exploration. Take it at your own pace and rhythm. We welcome all levels of practitioners beginners and advanced to join us.
